Sales Policy

Please read prior to purchasing a goat from us.  We will assume you have red this in its entirety at the time your deposit is placed.

We reserve the right to turn down ANY sale for ANY reason!

You can be added to our reservation list prior to kidding without a deposit.  Once kid is born and you are notified, in order to maintain your reservation, your non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your kid.  No animal is considered reserved for purchase until the deposit has been received. We will allow a 5-day period for payment to be received, at that time the buyer will be contacted and given 48 hours to respond. If no response, we will move to the next on the list.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you decide to switch to another available animal your deposit can be transferred but no money will be returned once deposit is made unless something happens to the animal in our care.

 

All kids are disbudded at 4-14 days old. Due to the fact that goats are herd animals, we will not sell to a home that only wants just one for a pet. Goats need to be part of a pair at minimum. If you want just one doe for milk, we suggest you pair her with a whether.

Kids are guaranteed healthy & thriving at the time they leave our farm.  We cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise in your care, risk of loss transfers to new owners once the goat leaves our farm. We are happy to have them vet checked at your expense prior to picking them up. If you are purchasing from out of state a health check/certificate will be required.  All animal sales are final sales.

We strive to breed for superior genetics, confirmation and milk production but cannot offer a guarantee of the animals success whether that is in milk production, the show ring, or linear appraisals. 

 

Although we cannot guarantee the animal's future success or health, we absolutely want to assist you with any questions that will make your experience with goats as rewarding as ours has been. Please always reach out with questions.

 

Buyer is responsible for transportation of the animal to their farm.  We will work with you on this to the best of our ability. Delivery can be discussed at the expense of the buyer.  Let us know if you need your goat delivered and we can discuss options.

Kids will come with ADGA & AGS registration applications unless they are sold as a whether or unregistered buckling. You may place a nonrefundable deposit to hold a kid of your choice after the birth of your kid. If something should happen on our end the deposit will be returned. We accept PayPal & Venmo with a 3.5% surcharge to cover all fees or you can mail a personal check for the deposit.  Payment at pickup is cash only.
